    Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Psychological from reputable university.
    • Maximum age 30-year-old
    • Minimum experience 3 years in related position
    • Familiar with psychological test tools.
    • Good command of both written and spoken in English.
    • Excellent in Microsoft Excel & Power point.
    • Good communication skills, detail oriented.
     
     
    Roles & Responsibility
    • Responsible to fulfil manpower needs from all level
    • Conduct complete selection process (Sourcing, screening, interviewing, psychological assessment, document check, etc.)
    • Use best and available recruitment tools-techniques to screening qualified candidates.
    • Responsible to manage candidate / talent pool and all administrative task related to recruitment process.
    • Manage & monitoring manpower fulfillment.
