    Job Purpose
     
    Propose, manage and execute CSR, sponsorship, zone 1 and 2 activities and other Public Affair Communication programs implementation in respective area, write internal CCAI activities news for internal and external media publication, build and maintain engagement with local stakeholders (community, government, association, media) for risks protection and continuous growth of positive corporate reputation. 
     
    Main Accountabilities
    • Implement PAC SOP/guideline, policy and template in each respective area in order to ensure the standard implementation compliance.
    • Create and propose plan, prepare, execute and make each respective area CSR, Zone 1, Zone 2 program initiatives publication in order to ensure all CSR programs executed and publicized effectively.
    • Compile local media coverage related corporate, competitor and industry update and calculate each respective area's PR Value in order to capture and measure the publication impact of CCAI event.
    • Write press release related to each respective area's events and distribute to local media partner in order to enhance positive corporate reputation.
    • Plan, arrange schedule, coordinate with related function and conduct Coca-Cola Tour in order to promote and protect company reputation.
    • Create article related to each respective area activities and distribute the updated internal CCAI newspaper to all employees in each operation in order to build and maintain effective internal employee communication.
    • Arrange, prepare and execute all Bapak Ibu Programs and Townhall in each operation in order to build and maintain effective communication between Leadership Team and employees.
    • Design visible communication media (eg ; poster, flyer) and update corporate information via notice board or email related all CCAI programs in order to build and maintain effective internal employee communication.
    • Manage and sort all sponsorship proposal, arrange, coordinate with related function and monitor the company branding implementation in the sponsorship events in order to ensure the sponsorship will bring mutual benefit for CCAI.
    • Build and maintain effective relationship related local government, local media and key communities in the respective area in order to protect and enhance positive corporate reputation.
    • Conduct identification of update information on potential or existing local government regulation or law in the assigned area in order to ensure the company keep updated on regulation and law which related to business interests.
    • Coordinate agreed actions to solve consumer complaint issues referred to update IMCR/CRP procedure, give communication direction and assist related function to communicate complaint handling to consumer in order to protect company reputation.
    • Create updated and comprehensive respective area's monthly report in order to ensure all PAC initiatives on track and get continuous improvements.
    Desired Skills And Experience :
    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
    • At least 5 years of relevant communication experience; background in media industry would be an advantage

    • Writing Skill
    • Project Management (plan, manage, and execution)
    • Basic proficiency in design/image-editing tools (PhotoShop, InDesign, etc.)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
    • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and oral)
