- Membuat Rangkuman Permintaan Makan Pasien (Kitchen Order)
- Membuat dan memonitor Daftar Permintaan Makan Pasien
- Melakukan uji organoleptik (daily test panel) terhadap semua makanan yang akan disajikan untuk pasien
- Melakukan pengecekan dan validasi terhadap semua makanan yang akan disajikan untuk pasien; disesuaikan dengan diet pasien
- Berkoordinasi dengan ahli gizi rumah sakit dan dokter spesialis gizi untuk memonitoring perkembangan diet pasien
- Menerapkan prinsip food safety dan HACCP pada pelayanan makan pasien
- Pengalaman Minimal 2 tahun. Latar Belakang dari Rumah Sakit / Katering lebih disukai
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree dari lulusan Food, Technology, Nutritionist, and Dietetics
- Memiliki sertifikasi HACCP
- Fasih berbahasa Inggris (Berbicara / Menulis)
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai FSMS
- Bersedia untuk bekerja secara Shift
