    For Client : FMCG Based in JAWA TIMUR
    • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably GM / Head Of Sales / Senior Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
    • Good leadership and Comunication skill (negotiation,presentation & sociable).
    • Has Experiences in sales & distribution in FMCG Industry :
      • Bussiness intelligence & development.
      • Market intelligence.
      • Sales cost analysis.
    • Able to make short, medium and long term product distribution target plans, related to geography & demography analysis for market penetration and market growth (Territory & network mapping).
    • Experience in improving distributor performance through :
      • Distribution strategic roadmap & Planning.
      • Program kerjasama dengan distributor baru.
      • Perencanaan, penjadwalan dan kontrol inventory produk di distributor.
    • Understand about performance management to evaluate the performance and contribution of the sales & distribution team.- Department activity plan.
      • Sales & distribution performance indicator.
      • Weekly, monthly, quarterly and semesterly performance evaluation.
      • Business performance matrix.
    • Accustomed in making sales & distribution documents; sales contract, quotation process, etc
