    Tanggung Jawab :
    • Bertanggung jawab menciptakan dan membina hubungan baik dengan pasien, perawat, dokter dan semua pihak di rumah sakit. 
    • Berkoordinasi dengan semua bagian untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan semaksimal mungkin dengan cara menyediakan pelayanan yang disesuaikan dengan spesifikasi permintaan
    • Merespons segala keluhan, komplain dari pasien dan rumah sakit dan memastikan corrective action dijalankan.
    • Mengadakan survey kepuasan pasien dan mengambil langkah perbaikan dan koreksi ketika ada penyimpangan dan ketidakpuasan terjadi.
    • Aktif dalam mencegah segala potensi masalah dan pro aktif memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
    • Membangung hubungan yang positif dan konstruktif dengan perawat di setiap ward nya dan menjaga dan mengembangkan komunikasi yang baik dan berkesinambungan.
    • Berlaku sebagai penterjemah jika diperlukan
    • Secara berkala berkeliling di setiap ward untuk memonitor kegiatan service dan membantu tim service : waiter and captain
    • Membuat laporan bulanan atas semua masukan dari pelanggan dan meng analisa sesuai dengan kebutuhannya.
    • Mengembangkan dan menjaga hubungan baik denga klien dengan menjaga kontak regular.
    • Menangani semua komplain yang masuk dengan
    • Mengembangkan dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan kustomer dan rekan kerja dan selalu menyapa di setiap pertemuan.
    • Merespons secepat mungkin jika ada permintaan tambahan dari pasien, suster dengan hangat dan profesional  Menjaga hubungan baik dengan setiap pasien dan suster.
    • Menangani komplain dengan cepat dan sigap. Selalu meng informasi dan memberikan masukan ke  atasan jika ada komplain masuk.
    • Mendokumentasikan seluruh komplain dari pasien serta corrective actionnya masing masing.
    • Pengalaman Minimal 4 tahun di posisi yang sama.
    • Latar Belakang dari Rumah Sakit / Katering lebih disukai
    • Diploma / Bachelor Degree dari Komunikasi 
    • Fasih berbahasa Inggris (Berbicara / Menulis)
