    We are seeking for a highly-skilled HRBP to manage all aspects of Human Resource Business Partner practices and processes in Bandung Store. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
     
    YOUR ASSIGNMENTS:
    1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.
    2. Develop and monitor overall Store HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
    3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
    4. Manage the recruitment and selection process.
    5. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
    6. Coordinate with L & D Manager to monitor employee development program.
    7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
    8. Ensure legal compliance of labour laws.
     
    YOUR PROFILE:
    1. Minimum 15 years of working experiences as HR Generalist.
    2. Point of hire is Bandung.
    3. Experienced of working in a senior management role in the HR field.
    4. High passion in HR fields and people engagement.
    5. A considered decision-maker with the ability to influence management colleagues.
    6. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labour law and HR best practices.
    7. High knowledge of HR systems and databases.
    8. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
    9. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
    10. Experienced in creating and implementing mid-term plans, setting budgets and following up goals.
    11. You are able to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
