    Leading telecommunication organisation requires a driven Sales person to drive and develop business opportunities with prequalified customer lists.  With a great new product offering this is a phone and face to face position where you will be required to build and maintain a sales pipeline.  

    Working in a great team environment your key responsibility will be to drive new business.
    You will have the ability to:
    • Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline to sustain monthly targets
    • Analyse customers current and future requirements by analysing current spend
    • Cold Call new Prospects
    • Ensure sound understanding and compliance of all legislation
    • Present to customers solution proposals
    To be successful in this role you will have
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills;
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills via english
    • Strong understanding of technology
    • High levels of energy and integrity
    • Ability to adapt to change
    • Have the talent to build and maintain relationships, both internally with colleagues and externally with customers
    • Demonstrated sales experience (B2B)
    • Commercial Acumen
    • Previous telecommunications or IT industry experience
    • Understanding of Networking or Hardware
    Key Requirements:
    • 3-5 years' Channel Account Management experience with SI and networking partners.
    • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering and related field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
    • In-depth understanding of business dynamics and complexity of channel management.
    • Ability to work independently with strong advocacy and motivation to drive results.
    • Excellent relationship management, communications and interpersonal skills.
    • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in marketing, business or related discipline.
    • Strong influencing and negotiations behaviors.
    • Excellent business ethics and integrity.
    •  ‘Can do’ attitude and Sense of Urgency.
    • Strong working knowledge of the IT networking technology community, culture and players.
    • Proactive, results-oriented outlook, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter with the desire to grow within the organization.
    • Ability to travel within Indonesia.
    • Good Understanding of the sales process, commercial negotiations & contracts.
    • Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
    • Highly Motivated; can work in a rapidly growing company and industry.
