    Job Description: 
    • Will responsible from A-Z about training execution, started from conduct TNA.
    • Analyze training needs from other department.
    • Create training module/material.
    • Doing preparation for training delivery.
    • Deliver the training, monitor the training result.
    • Maximum 30 years old
    • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable University from any major
    • Having minimum 3 years experience in training area (Food & Beverage area will be advantage)
    • Have good skills in developing system (HRIS For Training Dept).
    • Good communication skill and fluent in English both Oral & Written
    • Computer literacy is a must (especially in Microsoft Power Point & Microsoft Excel)
    • Willing to mobile
    • Willing to be placed at Green Lake City - Cipondoh Tangerang
