    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Monitor day-to-day sales activity execution in Strategic Partner & Cluster Partner (SPCP) level down to the retailer level to sales target achievement
    • Manage sales people of SPCP to ensure sales budget and productivity in the respective area by analysing their performance towards target achievement
    • Coach and educate sales people of SPCP to improve their capabilities
    • Maintain good relationship with key retailers through periodic visit, product education and trade program update to improve the retailers performance and examine their validity
    • Capture and analyse market and competitor movement to provide effective respond and winning the market
    • Plan and execute tactical sales program to increase revenue in the respective area
    • Min. Bachelor degree of any major
    • 3+ years of experience in telecommunication or consumer goods industry
    • Proven working experience as a sales person
    • Good understanding of sales and distribution management
    • Demonstrate the ability to lead and develop people
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Highly integrated person
    • Must be customer oriented person
    • A self-starter with strong drive for achievement and able to manage under-pressure situation
    • Good command of English
