    Responsibilities:
    • Actively sourcing candidates for company's client needs (IT focused).
    • Search potential candidate that suitable for client requirements.
    • Held direct interview with candidates.
    • Introducing the suitable candidate for the client job inquiries.
    • Follow up to the client related the recruitment process such as creating the interview schedule, do the salary negotiation both with the candidate and the client and make a placement.
    • Processing (screening, reviewing and sorting) all candidate's documents.
    • Publishing job vacancy related sources.
    • Inviting candidates to technical test and interview.
    • Maintenance all candidate’s data.
    • Assist in the recruitment process of candidates.
     
    Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
    • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
    • Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
    • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
