- Actively sourcing candidates for company's client needs (IT focused).
- Search potential candidate that suitable for client requirements.
- Held direct interview with candidates.
- Introducing the suitable candidate for the client job inquiries.
- Follow up to the client related the recruitment process such as creating the interview schedule, do the salary negotiation both with the candidate and the client and make a placement.
- Processing (screening, reviewing and sorting) all candidate's documents.
- Publishing job vacancy related sources.
- Inviting candidates to technical test and interview.
- Maintenance all candidate’s data.
- Assist in the recruitment process of candidates.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
